Rainbow Stripe Fabric Hat
This Rainbow Stripe Fabric Hat is a wonderful costume accessory for celebrating Mardi Gras and Pride! It has a red top then goes through the rainbow in stripes; orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. It's soft and can be folded flat for storage after your party.
