Here are the answers to all your most frequently asked questions.

Where are you located?
We are located in Melbourne.

Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we cannot do click and collect orders. We don't currently have a way for customers to pick up. However we can ship orders Australia wide and due to popular demand we have added shipping options to New Zealand!

How long will delivery take?
We use Australia Post to deliver all orders and delivery times will depend on your location. For most metro areas in VIC/NSW the estimated times are below.
Standard: 5-7 business days
Express: 1-3 business days
Please keep in mind that this is a rough guideline and it can vary for some areas. These estimates do not take into account any current delays. Please double check the estimated delivery time for your area before placing a time sensitive order. 

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship orders Australia wide and due to popular demand we have added shipping options to New Zealand! At this stage we don't ship internationally apart from New Zealand.

How long does it take to deliver to New Zealand?
The approx. estimated delivery time to metro areas of New Zealand are below.
Standard: 5-12 business days
Express: 3-8 business days

I never got a confirmation email, where can I find order updates?
You should receive a confirmation email within 5-10mins of placing your order. If you havn't received anything please double check your junk or spam folder as sometimes it goes there by mistake. 
If it's not in junk there are a couple more reason why it never came through. The first is that the email has bounced back to us for whatever reason. Another is that the email was typed incorrectly on ordering. If this happens please send us an email at hello@thepartyinventory.com.au so we can update the email address on your order.
It's important that you can receive emails from us because we also send updates about shipping and delivery status. Please add us to your white list so that you can easily receive all of your order updates.

Do you have enough stock for a bulk order?
We usually stock a lot of each product so chances are yes we do have enough. You can send us an email to hello@thepartyinventory.com.au to double check for specific products. You can also check out our BULK ORDERS page for more information about buying bulk.

How can I tell if the costume will fit?
All costume measurements will be included in the description. They all refer to measurements of the physical product (not your body).
The best way to compare sizing is to grab something from your closet that you know fits and is a similar shape to the costume you like. Lay it out flat to measure and compare with the costume dimensions. Remember to double the measurement for the chest and waist to include front and back.
Most costumes have a stretch material or elastic waist so they have a range in size (i.e Chest: 145-170cm). These measurements relate to the product when laid flat (for example this example it's 145cm) and when stretched (e.g 170cm). If your clothes measure within the dimensions listed then it should fit.
